Instructions
Salmon
Step 1
Make sure skin is removed. Season salmon with Cajun seasoning and paprika on both sides & thoroughly rub it in.

Put pan on medium heat add in a bit of butter and cook salmon on both sides for about 3 mins each or until nicely blackened

Step 3
Cook pasta according to package. Once finished remove salmon and add in Heavy whipping cream , butter, minced garlic, Salt , pepper , and garlic powder. On medium heat allow sauce to come to a boil.

Add in your shaved Parmesan cheese and simmer sauce on low heat. Once finished you may pour sauce over pasta and mix your pasta in. Serve with salmon on top and enjoy!
