Use whatever protein you like! I love salmon but it can be swapped for anything like chicken, steak, veggies or just enjoy the pasta by itself!

For the Salmon
For the Sauce

fresh parmesan cheese

minced garlic

butter

heavy whipping cream

cajun seasoning

garlic salt

black peppercorns

parsley

Instructions
For the salmon
Step 1
Clean and season the fish.




Step 2
Lightly oil a pan and cook fish on medium high heat until done. Flip every 1-2 minutes until you achieve the doneness you prefer.
For the sauce
Step 3
Shred some fresh Parmesan cheese and put it to the side.

Step 4
Grab a pan and heat up some butter on medium heat. Once it’s melted throw in 2-3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.


Step 5
Stir in about a cup of heavy whipping cream and the freshly grated cheese to the sauce. Stir constantly to prevent burning.

After the mixture is combined add in your parsley and turn on low heat.
For the pasta
Step 7
Get a pot of water to a rolling boil.
Step 8
Add in your Brocolli and pasta. Follow the directions on the box for cook time.
Step 9
Once the pasta is done, drain the water and add in the fresh Alfredo sauce.
Step 10
Plate the pasta and put your protein on top!
