Blend
for 2 min in a blender
½ cupcoconut flour
Mix
½ cupvanilla protein powder
Pour liquid mixture in
mix it all up
½ cupdark chocolate chocolate chips
I use, no sugar
peanut butter powder

1/4 cup no calorie liquid sweetener.
Step 6
Blend for 2 min in a blender

Mix 1/2 cup coconut flour
Step 8
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
Step 9
Pour the liquid mixture in and mix it all up
Step 10
Then mix in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chocolate chips (I use Lilly’s no sugar)
Step 11
(Another fun thing to add is pB2 peanut butter powder)
