whenever I see a recipe for a healthy dessert, I am always highly sceptical. Will it actually taste any good? These brownies are such winners. using ingredients you would have for breakfast, packed with protein, healthy fats and lots of lovely antioxidants. You can adjust the sweetness to suit your preferences. No weighing scales are needed either!

Step 1
Preheat to oven to 170c fan. Place all the ingredients into a blender until smooth. Pour into a lined baking dish/ loaf tin.
Step 2
Bake for 25-30 minutes until just set to keep it fudgey. It will firm up as it cools. Remove and cool for 1-2 hours before slicing and serving with yoghurt and honey. You can warm up to make extra frudgy when eating. Store in the fridge.
