1 Heaped TbspPeanut Butter

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tspvegan fish sauce
or just use soy sauce

1 tspminced ginger

0.5juice of lemon

1 tspsriracha

1 tspcurry powder

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the tofu ingredients in a bowl then fry in a pan with the oil until crispy
Step 2
Whisk all the sauce ingredients together, add 1 - 2 table spoons of water if needed, to make it a pourable sauce
Step 3
Assemble all your ingredients and enjoy!!
