Step 1
1. Drain and cut the tofu into 1-2 cm cubes. Coat with a bit of oil and sprinkle on some cornstarch. Airfry at 200C for 10 minutes or until crunchy.
Step 2
2. Heat up some oil and fry the broccoli with some salt and black pepper until tender. Remove from the pan.
Step 3
2. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk well. Add it to a hot pan and cook until bubbling (~20 sec). Add in the broccoli and tofu. Serve with noodles and toasted sesame seeds.
