Succulent pieces of beef, veal, lamb or mutton slow-cooked to perfection in a creamy yogurt sauce infused with a medley of aromatic spices. This version is an old family recipe from my Grandmother and every bite is bursting with flavour that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.
