Reese's Peanut Butter Blondies

Reese’s pieces peanut butter blondies are chewy blondies full of peanut butter goodness! Each bite has peanut butter, chocolate chips and Reese’s pieces. They are buttery delicious squares that come together with no electric mixer.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and creamy peanut butter until smooth. Then add in the white sugar and brown sugar and continue whisking.

Add in the egg and vanilla and whisk for 2 minutes until everything is incorporated well.

Step 4
Add in the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Using a spatula, gently fold this in until a dough forms. It's okay if it's crumbly! Fold just until no dry streaks appear anymore.
Step 5
Toss in the Reese's pieces and chocolate chips and mix in.

Step 6
Transfer into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly and evenly. Add additional Reese's and chocolate chips if desired.
Step 7
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. It took me exactly 20 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan, if you slice while it's still warm the bars will fall apart. Slice and enjoy!
