Smothered Baked Chicken Breasts
Chicken breasts topped with easy sauce, broccoli, bacon and cheese. Baked to perfection.

Ingredients

4boneless skinless chicken breasts
pounded to even thickness
½ cupmayonnaise
½ cupsour cream
3cloves garlic
crushed
½ teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoondried parsley
2 cupsbroccoli florets
chopped and blanched
6 stripsbacon
cooked and chopped optional
1 cupcheddar cheese grated
⅓ cupmozzarella cheese grated
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Arrange chicken breasts in a 9x13-inch baking dish (lined with parchment)
Step 3
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken breasts.
Step 4
Top with broccoli and bacon, followed by cheeses. Bake until chicken is cooked through, 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
Step 5
Serve with fettuccine or other pasta
