Instructions

Step 1
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat 3 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add the whole garlic cloves and cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the chopped fresno pepper and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes or until softened.
Step 4
Add diced tomatoes and honey to the skillet and stir well.
Step 5
Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer. Allow it to cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
Step 6
Taste the dish and add the salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss with the sauce until everything is well combined.
Step 8
Add chopped fresh basil and grated Parmigiano Reggiano and mix. Leave some basil and Parm to top the dish before serving.
Step 9
Finally, sprinkle the remaining basil and grated Parm over the top of the dish and serve.
