Instructions

Step 1
1. Bring pot of water to a boil then add dumplings 2. If using fresh dumplings. Boil until they float to top, 4-5 minutes If using frozen dumplings. Cook them until water boils. Immediately add 1/2 cup cold water. Bring back to a boil. Cook for an additional minute after dumplings float 3. Heat oil in a small saucepan until it starts to smoke 4. In a soup bowl, add spring onion, garlic, Sichuan chilli flakes. Pour heated oil on top 5. Season mixture with light soy sauce, black rice vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn powder and sesame seeds 6. Place dumplings into bowl then add dumpling water 7. Garnish with coriander
