Instructions
Step 1
take 3 chicken breasts or 5 chicken thighs (boneless/ skinless) and place into a crock pot.
Step 2
pour 1 large can of green enchilada sauce over top.
Step 3
if using chicken broth, use can to measure out one cans worth of broth and pour that over too.
Step 4
if using chicken broth cubes, use a can to measure out one cans worth of water and pour that over, then add 2-3 cubes (can crush if you feel like)
Step 5
stir a little and cook on low overnight.
Step 6
next day, shred the chicken
Step 7
add one package of cream cheese and mix until it's mixed in
Step 8
serve with cheese and tortillas
