Step 1
trim and cube meat
Step 2
fry onion, add garlic and ginger grated on medium heat 5 mins until soft but not coloured too much
Step 3
add spices to pan (except garam masala and salt)
Step 4
fry meat off in spices
Step 5
add stock and potatoes
Step 6
cook 25-30 mins (may take longer if meat is tougher)

add garam masala and salt
