Instructions
Krab Mixture
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the krab, cream cheese, mayo, sriracha, garlic powder, sesame oil, and green onions.

Step 2
Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Add white rice, cornstarch and furikake.

Step 4
Mix until well combined.
Step 5
Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.
Step 6
Scoop the rice onto your hands and place a small piece of cheese in the center of the rice. Shape the rice into a ball.

Step 7
Refrigerate the rice balls for 1 hour.
Breading Process
Step 8
In a separate bowl, combine together all purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 9
In another bowl, add panko bread crumbs.

Step 10
In a separate bowl, crack two eggs and beat them until the yolk is broken up and combined with the egg whites.

Step 11
Take the rice balls out of the fridge and dredge them in the seasoned flour, dip them in the egg wash and then the panko breadcrumbs. Make sure they’re well coated before frying. Repeat this step for all of the rice balls.
Frying Process
Step 12
In a frying pan, heat your frying oil over medium low heat. You can use the chopstick trick to see when the oil is ready. Stick a wooden chopstick into the oil and when a flow of bubbles appears immediately, the oil is ready.

Step 13
Fry your rice balls until they’re golden brown.
Spicy Mayo
Step 14
In a separate bowl, make the spicy mayo sauce by combing Japanese mayo, sugar, sriracha and lime juice.

The finished product
Step 15
Enjoy the arancini with the spicy Mayo immediately! They’re good when they’re hot and fresh.
