Step 1
Cut the top and bottom parts of the paprika, remove the seeds inside. Cut the paprika into square pieces. Cut vertically the mushrooms into slices. Cut the chicken breast into bite-piece size.

Heat up some olive oil and put the mushrooms in. The mushrooms will absorb the oil very quickly so it’s important to make sure the oil is absorbed equally to each piece. Don’t add too much more oil just because it’s absorbed. Stir about 7 minutes.

Take the mushroom out to the side of the plate

Add more oil to the pan, add the chicken. Before stirring, quickly add garlic powder, salt, and MSG. Note that if you have real garlic, you can add the garlic before the chicken. Stir and mix the chicken with the flavors. Flip the chicken around and wait until all sides of the chicken are cooked.

Add the paprika into the pan, give it a good stir. Add more garlic or salt or MSG if needed. Stir every 1 minute, for 5 minutes.

Add the rocket into the pan. Note that rocket can absorb a lot and it will vanish if you leave it in the hot pan for too long. It’s best to add the rocket when everything is cooked and ready. Turn off the heat. Quickly stir the pan one last time to mix the rocket.

Pour the pan to the plate that already has mushrooms. Serve with rice.
