Vodka Pasta with Seared Salmon

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the salmon into 2 inch cubes. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, old bay seasoning and paprika. Pan fry the salmon in 3 tbsp oil for a few minutes on each side and then remove. Add more oil and sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, vodka, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3 minutes. Add heavy cream, pasta water and Parmesan cheese and let it come to a boil. Add sugar (optional) then add the pasta, butter, spinach and cook for about 2 minutes. Serve with seared salmon and then top with Parmesan cheese and crushed paper.
