Step 1
1. Dice onion and cut vegetables into chunks 2. Fry onion & garlic in olive oil in a large pot until translucent 3. Add potatoes, cauliflower & broccoli & cook for a few minutes before adding enough water to cover, stock & seasonings 4. Cover and bring to a boil before turning down & letting simmer until all vegetables are soft & falling apart 5. Blend together & serve
