Step 1
Boil Fettuccine for 15 minutes until just cooked then set aside.

Chop up 4 Chicken Thighs and cook, set aside.

In a deep-dish pan add Olive Oil, Onion, Minced Garlic, and Mushrooms.

Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add white wine, simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add Chicken Stock and Carnation UHT Cooking Cream

Simmer until thicken (approx. 15-20mins)
Step 8
Add Pasta, Chicken, and Parmesan Cheese. Then cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
