Delicious and easy pasta Bolognese! If you don’t have all day to wait for a bolognese sauce to cook then this is your recipe, Prep time is 10 minutes and then simmer it for about an hour and you’ll have a delicious Bolognese sauce and please do not ask me where’s the wine
lol.

Ingredients

⅓ cupolive oil
1onion

2carrots
2celery
¼ teaspoonsalt
5cloves of garlic
2 poundsground beef
1 x 6 ozcan tomato paste
½ tablespoonssalt
1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
1 tablespoondried basil
1 teaspoondried rosemary
1 teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonchili flakes
28 ozcrushed tomatoes
2 cupsbeef broth

parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1
1. Put a pan on high heat add in olive oil wait for the oil to get hot then add in the onions, carrots, celery, sprinkle some salt on top mix and let that cook for about a couple minutes
Step 2
2. Next add in the garlic mix and cook it for about another minute, then stir in the ground beef and let it cook for about five minutes
Step 3
3. Toss in the tomato paste really well, then season it with all the herbs and spices
Step 4
4. Next the crush tomatoes and beef broth go in give it a good mix cover and let it simmer on low heat for about an hour
Step 5
5. Cook your favorite pasta and drain, toss the pasta in with the sauce top it with some fresh parmesan cheese and enjoy!
