Instructions

Step 1
Peel 4 large ripe bananas and freeze bananas for at least

24 hours. When ready to make nice cream, break frozen

bananas into small chunks and place them into a food

processor (or a high-speed blender). Blend banana pieces

until crumbly, stopping to scrape down the sides when

needed. Then add all remaining ingredients into the food

processor and continue to blend until combined, smooth,

and creamy (like soft serve). Transfer nice cream into a 1-

quart container, cover with lid, and store in the freezer for

at least 3 hours to firm up (overnight is best). Leftovers
Step 11
keep up to 1 month in the freezer. Place a piece of
Step 12
parchment paper directly on top of nice cream to help
Step 13
prevent freezer burn. If leftovers are too firm from frozen,
Step 14
microwave in 5 second intervals or let sit at room
Step 15
temperature a few minutes until slightly softened.
