Instructions

Step 1
To get the desired size of chopped vegetable pieces, cut them in half. Then each half should be cut in half lengthwise. You end up with four flat sections except for the outside ones and of course curved on one side. Then lay the pieces flat and cut each of those pieces into four somewhat equal with with lengthwise pieces cut across those strips across the width about half an inch wide. You can line up a few sections side by side to make it go faster.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together.
Step 3
Chill and serve.
