1.5 lbboneless skinless chicken breast
1 ½ cupWhite Rice
dry
1yellow onion
medium
1 cupSugar Free Thai Chili Wing Sauce
24 ozfrozen broccoli
1.25 ozWing Seasoning
2 Tbspolive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking your rice using your preferred method
Step 2
While your rice is cooking, place your chopped chicken in a bowl. And add in about half the packet of sweet tie chili seasoning packet and one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well.
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and add in one tablespoon of olive oil. Once your oil is hot, add in chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on both sides
Step 4
While chicken is cooking, throw broccoli in the microwave and start your sauce.
Step 5
For your sauce , combine G Hughes sauce with remaining seasoning packet.
Step 6
Once your chicken is cooked, add onion to skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7
Once onion is translucent, add sauce to pan.
Step 8
Once your sauce starts to bubble, add broccoli to pan mix. Stir to coat.
Step 9
Add salt and pepper to taste.
