Step 1
Coat inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook 8 minutes or until mushrooms have released their liquid and liquid has thickened slightly.

Step 2
Combine mushroom mixture, beans, tomatoes, salsa, bell pepper, and chili powder in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hours or HIGH 2.5-3 hours.
