Instructions
Step 1
Soak shitake mushrooms in water until soft (~20 minutes). Cut into strips.
Step 2
Combine everything with ground pork. Stir.
Step 3
Add 1 can (or less) of chicken broth. (Can do less salt bc chicken broth is salty). Mix well.
Step 4
Steam at least 40+ minutes (with at least half pot of water) until becomes solid, then use chopstick to poke through. Should not have any pink water (raw meat).
Step 5
Once finished, remove from the hot water pot and serve. Keep in hot water pot to keep warm but if stays too long, meat will become harder.
