Instructions

Step 1
In a large pot cook your pasta according to the package.
Step 2
While your pasta is cooking in a pan over medium high heat add in seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for 3 minutes per side.
Step 3
Remove and finish cooking in the oven. 450F for 20-25 minutes until an internal temperature of 165F. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4
While the chicken is resting a pan over medium low heat melt butter. Once butter is melted whisk in heavy cream and cream cheese.
Step 5
After 2-3 minutes once the sauce starts to thicken whisk in pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Once the cheese is melted stir in the pasta. Slice your chicken into thin strips and add it to the top of the alfredo.
