Instructions

Step 1
Butterfly your chicken breast, and lay between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Beat chicken until about 1cm thin.
Step 2
On a plate or shallow bowl, combine flour, black pepper, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Dredge each slice of chicken in flour. In a frying pan on medium heat, add a tablespoon of each butter and olive oil, and fry your chicken until golden, about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 3
In a separate pot, boil a pot of water with the salt, and cook your pasta to al dente package directions.
Step 4
While pasta is cooking, in the same pan you used for the chicken, add garlic, chicken stock, heavy cream, and remaining seasonings. Let simmer until thickened slightly, then add parmesan cheese and sundries tomatoes. Lightly toss chicken in the sauce.
Step 5
Remove chicken and add in pasta to pan. Plate up with chicken on the side, and season with pepper.
