Step 1
Chop the shallot, garlic and bell pepper finely. Add them to a pan on medium heat with the olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes
Step 2
Add the spices and tomato paste, a splash of water, mix and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the heat off and add the brown sugar. Mix and take off the stove
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the mayo, mustard and mixture from the pan. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks!
