Cauliflower steak
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray. Spread cauliflower steaks on the tray.
Step 2
2. Mix together the marinade and spread over both sides of the cauliflower steaks. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, turning over halfway, or until tender and golden.
Step 3
3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes. Add the garlic, nutritional yeast, Italian herbs, chilli flakes and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Step 4
4. Add the vegetable broth, coconut cream, diced tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 5 - 7 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
Step 5
5. To serve, top the Marry Me sauce with the cauliflower steaks. Garnish and enjoy!
