Put the quark and red pepper into a small food processor with a pinch of salt, blend until smooth then set aside.
Step 3
Bring a pan of water to the boil, add the orzo and cook for 8-9 minutes or according to the packet .
Step 4
Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and chilli flakes and fry for a couple of minutes. Increase the heat slightly, add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until soft. Add the prawns and cook for a couple of minutes until pink and cooked through.
Step 5
Drain the orzo and add to the pan with the prawns and tomatoes. Pour over the pepper sauce, add the basil leaves and stir everything together. Serve topped with a few more basil leaves.

You can use the same amount of yoghurt in place of the quark if preferred.
