Step 1
In a pot, heat some butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent. Stir in the garlic and Calabrian chili peppers and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes while stirring frequently. Pour in the vodka and cook for 4-5 minutes. Then, add the heavy cream and mix well.
Step 3
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Step 4
Once the pasta is done cooking, stir in the butter, parm, add sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta and enjoy!
