Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish. Cook pasta according to packet instructions, drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Dice the cauliflower and Put in pot and bring to the boil until soft

Heat butter in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and add the garlic, for 5 minutes or until butter is softened.

Add flour, and stir for 2 minutes to cook out flour. Gradually add cream, stirring until smooth.

Strain Pasta and Cauliflower, place into pot. Add the butter mix to the pasta and stir. then add cheese and parmesan stirring to combine.

Transfer to prepared dish. Top with remaining cauliflower and scatter remaining 100g cheese ontop. Cover with Alfoil . Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
