Instructions
Step 1
Cook gnocchi to package instructions.
Step 2
In a pan on medium heat, heat olive oil. Add tomato paste and chili flakes, and heat until fragrant, then add paprika and continue stirring.
Step 3
Add cream and continue stirring.
Step 4
Add gnocchi, feta, and lemon juice and continue stirring. Once cheese is melted, season to taste, add parsley and stir.
Step 5
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and more parsley.
