Instructions
Step 1
Boil water for pasta, once it boils add pasta until al dente
Step 2
Cut onions into thin long cuts
Step 3
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan
Step 4
Add the onions to the pan
Step 5
Add 1 tsp salt to onion
Step 6
Add the minced garlic to the pan
Step 7
Remove the onions onto a plate and set aside, then add the sliced mushrooms onto the same pan
Step 8
Season mushrooms with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
Step 9
Add the heavy cream to the mushrooms
Step 10
Pour the cooked and caramelized onions back to the pan with the mushrooms
Step 11
Add the al dente pasta in
Step 12
Top with Parmesan and parsley
