nonstick cooking spray
1 lbsground beef
1 lbsground pork
¼ conion

1egg
1 cupseasoned breadcrumbs
¼ cuptomato paste
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
italian seasoning
garlic powder
For the Gravy

For the Meatloaf
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 75 to 80 minutes until the internal temperature reads 155 degrees.
For the Gravy
Step 3
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, until lightly browned about 5 minutes. Add the flour and cornstarch, then stir until totally combined. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, thyme, and Worcestershire, and simmer for about 10 minutes, until gravy thickened—season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Remove the meatloaf from the oven. Allow to cool slightly, and transfer to a cutting board. Slice, top with gravy, and serve.
