Ingredients for ghorme sabzi

1- one box of sabzi ghorme that you should buy from that Iranian store. It’s in freezer

2 - 18 pieces of beef stew( for 3 portions)

3- two cans of red beans

4- dried lime 5

How to make:

Put freezer sabzi in pot and on low heat. Till sabzi is smooth and not freezed. Stir it for 5 minutes till water evaporates then add 3 tablespoons of oil. And stir for 10 more minutes.

Then add your beef and one tablespoon of turmeric.
Step 9
Stir well till the beef changes colour. Then boiled water about 3 or 4 cups. Till top of the ingredients. Add your dried limes. Let it cook on very low heat.
Step 10
After 2 hours open one can of red beans and rinse it in a basket wash with water then add to your pot. Now add salt and pepper you make for 3 portions one can is enough. After 30 mins it’s done. Last ten minutes you can remove lid
