Lemongrass Chicken Thighs
Lemongrass Chicken recipe. If you haven’t used lemongrass in your marinade, you definitely should try adding it. It adds such a nice aroma and adds a slightly citrus flavor to the marinade.

Instructions
Step 1
I like to trim off the excess fat from the chicken thighs first. Prep the lemongrass. If using fresh lemongrass, then chop it by hand then add it to food processor with the garlic cloves. (Or finely mince by hand) Add oyster sauce, black pepper, garlic, brown sugar, Knorr seasoning, garlic and lemongrass,. Marinate this for at least 4 hours or overnight for more flavor (I promise it’s worth the wait!)
Step 2
Air fry for approximately 13-15 minutes on each side at 375 degrees. The time will vary depending on your appliance. You want to make sure that you cook this thoroughly, but luckily with chicken thighs, it’s okay to slightly overcook them (better overcooked than undercooked!). It’s cooked when the internal temp reaches 165 degrees F. To get this tender and juicy, let this rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
For the scallion oil, add the scallions, salt and oil to a heat safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
