Instructions

Step 1
Heat pan and drizzle some olive oil. Sauté garlic until fragrant and brown. Add in red pepper flakes as well.

Add the ghee and wait until it starts to boil a little then pour white wine. Reduce until half and squeeze 1 lemon.

Add shrimp and saute it until cooked.
