Fresh Avocado Tuna Salad

This tuna salad is made with fresh avocado, and you can add pretty much anything to make it your own! I like to add a bit of shaved parmesan.

Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, add avocado, Dijon mustard, seasonings, and Sriracha. Mash all together.
Step 2
Open and drain the tuna, then mix it into the avocado mixture. Note: if you don't like mushy tuna salad, and prefer it chunky, carefully fold in the tuna and be careful not to over mix!
Step 3
Enjoy your tuna salad atop crackers, on a sandwich, or however you prefer! (Sometimes I just eat it with a spoon)
