Stop eating boring vegan food whilst you’re losing weight! Instead eat meals that genuinely taste great but still assist you with your transformation rather than hindering it! This is what I do and one meal that fits in to the above category is this delicious orange & ginger tofu stir fry👌 Make sure you follow for more high protein vegan recipes Ingredients 180g tofu, cubed 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 red pepper, sliced 1/2 white onion, chopped into chunks 150g straight to wok noodles Sauce 1/2 orange, juiced 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 10g ginger, peeled and grated 1 tsp corn flour Calories: 617 Protein: 36g Method: Place the cubed tofu in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, paprika and garlic powder and mix everything together. Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180C or in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C. Add the olive oil to a pan and fry the pepper and onion on low heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile add the orange juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and corn flour to a mug and whisk everything together. Add the noodles to the pan and cook them as per the packet instructions. Once they’re cooked, add the sauce to the pan and mix everything together. Finish by adding the tofu and then serve up!

Instructions

Step 1
Place the cubed tofu in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, paprika and garlic powder and mix everything together.
Step 2
Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180C or in the oven for 20 minutes at 180C.
Step 3
Add the olive oil to a pan and fry the pepper and onion on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile add the orange juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and corn flour to a mug and whisk everything together.
Step 5
Add the noodles to the pan and cook them as per the packet .
Step 6
Once they’re cooked, add the sauce to the pan and mix everything together.
Step 7
Finish by adding the tofu and then serve up!
