Step 1
Slice tofu, and you can steam for 5 min if you want a less raw tofu taste (optional)

Place the sliced tofu on a plate

In a small bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients minus the scallion and cilantro

Pour the sauce over the tofu, and sprinkle scallions and if you want, cilantro, on top
