Healthy Soya Chilli

Healthy Soya Chilli This is what we use to get back in my hostel. There were hardly any dishes that was really healthy and this is one of them The days when I crave Chinese and want something really healthy this is what I eat Note: you can adjust consistency and have with roti as well Ingredients: Soya chunks - 45 g Green chilli -1 Ginger -1.5 tsp chopped Garlic clove (chopped) - 2-3 tsp chopped Spring onion -1/4cup Onion - 1 chopped or diced Bell peppers - 1/2 each colour Salt to taste Corn flour- 1 tbsp Black pepper powder - Bog pinch Cooking oil Sauces Schezwan chutney- 2 tsp optional Honey/ brown sugar - 1.5 tsp Rice Vinegar - 1 tsp Sriracha - 1 tsp Dark Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Water 1/3 cup Mix all sauces win a bowl with water 1. Soak soya chunks in boiling water and leave for 15 -20 minutes till it’s soft. Squeeze out all water 2. Add cornflour, pinch salt n pepper and sauté in 2 tsp oil until it turns little brown and starts to cook 3. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic n ginger cook it for 2 minutes until leaves aroma, next add g chilli n onion on sauté for another couple of minutes 4. Add bell peppers and salt n pepper 5. To this goes all the sauces, Mix well 6. Add soya chunks, cook for 2 minutes. add water to adjust consistency if needed. Switch off the flame, add spring onion greens and mix well 7. Enjoy

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all sauces win a bowl with water

1. Soak soya chunks in boiling water and leave for 15 -20 minutes till it’s soft. Squeeze out all water

2. Add cornflour, pinch salt n pepper and sauté in 2 tsp oil until it turns little brown and starts to cook

3. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic n ginger cook it for 2 minutes until leaves aroma, next add g chilli n onion on sauté for another couple of minutes

4. Add bell peppers and salt n pepper
