For Chicken:

2 x 8 ounceschicken breasts

1 teaspoongranulated onion

1 teaspoongranulated garlic

½ teaspoonsea salt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper
RedHot

Ranch dressing

1 tablespoonolive oil
For Pepper Jack Cauliflower Mash:

10 ozriced cauliflower
pre-made

2 tablespoonsbutter

¼ cupheavy cream

½ cupshredded pepper jack cheese

½ teaspoonsea salt

¼ teaspoonblack pepper
For Broccoli:
Instructions
Step 1
1. Sauté seasoned chicken breasts.
Step 2
2. Microwave riced cauliflower. Sauté onions, and garlic. Add cauliflower, cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Step 3
3. Sauté broccoli. Top with parmesan cheese.
Step 4
4. Serve the chicken breast topped with Franks’s RedHot and side of ranch dressing.
