¼ tspsalt

¼ tsppepper

½ tsppaprika powder

¼ teaspoongarlic powder

¼ tsporegano

¼ tspground cumin

Veggie filling
Step 1
Chop the parsley.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the black beans and smash with a wooden spoon. After 1,5min add the corn and seasoning. Fry for another 2min.
Avocado cream
Step 3
Smash the avocado with a fork and add to a bowl.
Step 4
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Sandwich
Step 5
Cut the bread in half. Remove some of the inner dough on both sides.
Step 6
Spread the bottom half with the avocado cream and the upper half with the sour cream.
Step 7
Top the bottom half with the fried veggies and squeeze them lime juice on top.
Step 8
Stack the upper half on top and enjoy!
