No-Chicken Noodle Soup

Instructions

Step 1
In a pot over medium heat, combine potato carrot, celery, garlic and olive oil and cook for 3 minutes
Step 2
Add water, Yondu Umami Broth and thyme. Bring to boil.
Step 3
Add pasta and cook 10 minutes or for the time indicated in the package
Step 4
Serve topped with parsley and black pepper (optional)
