Step 1
To begin, add the first 7 ingredients to a food processor. Pulse for a few seconds then let the machine run on high for about 30 seconds or until the ingredients are all finely chopped. Add the yogurt, mayo, and sour cream and continue to pulse until everything is well combined and the sauce is creamy. Stir and taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning accordingly. You may need to add a little more lime or a pinch of sea salt. Transfer the sauce to a jar with a tight lid and chill before serving (don't skip this step). Your Cilantro Lime Sauce will last in the fridge for a week. The sauce will thicken up in the fridge so you can use milk to thin it out if it's too thick for your liking.
