Ingredients

2bananas
ripe, mashed

150gcottage cheese

2 teaspoonvanilla extract

1 teaspoonbaking soda

3eggs

3 tablespoonsmaple syrup

180gspelt flour

30gWhey protein powder vanilla
30gcasein protein powder
2 teaspoonscinnamon spice blend
or gigerbread
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat airfryer for 170 C
Step 2
Grease baking pan or use parchment paper
Step 3
Put the batter into the baking pan and bake for 40 - 41 minutes. Flip the loaf on the other side half way trough (it is easier with parchment paper)
Step 4
Put on the rack and let it rest
