Step 1
Add all ingredients for the filling to a mixing bowl and combine well.
Step 2
Cut pasty into 8x8cm squares and divide the filling evenly over each.
Step 3
Add back to the baking sheet brush whisked egg over each roll and then sprinkle the rolls with sesame seeds.
Step 4
Bake at 175 for 25 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown and flaky.
