Chicken and bacon Caesar salad

A delicious Caesar salad that’s quick and easy. Not all ingredients have measurements but you can do however much you feel like!

Step 1
Cut a baguette into bite size pieces. To do this cut it into quarters lengthwise and then cut it up into smaller pieces. Set this aside

Cut the chicken breast in half, so you have to thinner pieces. Get 4 plates. On one pate crack an egg and whisk it. On the other plates add flour and breadcrumbs. Dredge the chicken in flour then eggs then breadcrumbs and place it on the 4th plate. Repeat with all chicken breast.

Put bread in bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add all seasonings. Mix till every piece is coated and airfry at 200°c for 8mins

Whilst the croutons are cooking prepare the veg. Cut the tomatoes in half and cut the lettuce into bite size pieces

Add the chicken to the air fryer at 190°c for 14 mins. 8 mins on one side then flip and cook for 6 mins on the other side. Take the chicken out and cut half of it into bite size pieces and the other half into strips

Cook the bacon on the grill setting in the air fryer on oven for 2 mins on each side. One done finely chop it
Step 7
Add all ingredients but the chicken strips to the bowl and add the Caesar dressing mix it till everything has an even covering if dressing. Add the chicken strips to the top and grate some Parmesan
