Instructions
Step 1
0. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
1. Wash sweet potato and dry
2. Cut potato into two halves.
3. Brush honey on both insides of potato.
4. Sprinkle sea salt on top of honey.
5. Lay halves cut side down onto parchment paper in a baking tray.
6. Brush backsides of potato halves with olive oil.
7. Sprinkle both backsides with sea salt.
8. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
