Delicious vegetarian kebabs!
The serving size depends on the amount of people you want too serve! I based mine on two people have one loaded kebab each!

Instructions
Step 1
You can either serve like I have with individual bowls for the salad and halloumi etc so people can make their own kebab. Or you can make it for them.!
Step 2
In a bowl and 2 cups of mayo, a good glug of olive oil, and teaspoon of minced garlic or a Finley chopped Clove, juice of half a small lemon and a handful of chopped parsley. Pinch of salt and pepper. Mix
To create your sauce. Alternatively you can buy garlic mayonnaise pre made.
Step 3
Next chop your tomatoes, spring onion and cucumber. Slice the onion. Set aside along with a bowl of lettuce and pickled red cabbage.
Step 4
Now cook your oumph doner meat in a fry pan with a teaspoon of oil. Once cooked keep warm!
Step 5
Now slice and cook your halloumi
Step 6
Put your flatbreads in the grill
Until they start to brown
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
